Upskilling HR Department
deconstructing HR was brought in to impart its years of knowledge and experience onto a local business HR team. Providing workshops of best practices in Talent Management, Organisation Design, Government Relations and Employee Relations. This upskilling provided the local team from a reactive department to an engaged proactive department.

BUILDING PERFORMANCE STRUCTURE
Recreating Competency Frameworks
Working with a partner group in providing an extensive competency framework for the client to for the bases of their performance management and Talent Lifecycle. Based upon international benchmarking, stakeholder meetings, and industry understanding created a set of behavioural and technical competencies. Comprehensive communication planning and change management guidance was given for preparing employees during rollout.
